Spring Into Nurse Wellness Benefit Gala a Great Success!

A huge thank you to everyone who made our Gala a resounding success raising awareness and critical funds to support WisPAN’s mission!

The Elm Grove Women’s Club sparkled as WisPAN hosted its inaugural benefit gala. It was a night of celebration, education, and inspiration, all in honor of nurses, National Nurses Week, and Mental Health Awareness Month. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with laughter, camaraderie, and influential messages. Nancy Korom brought a powerful message about her experiences with drug diversion and the importance of supporting nurses. Kristin Waite-Labott shared her inspiring story of resilience and the birth of WisPAN. Representative Donna Rozar joined the celebration and spoke about her career and the significance of nursing. The night culminated with a virtual address from Marie Manthey, a Living Legend of the American Academy of Nursing. Ms. Manthey shared her experience with recovery and its impact on her career, highlighting the work of the Nurses Peer Support Network (NPSN),
